SHIPPING POLICY

IKIBLOOM products are prepared and packed in Oulu, Finland. We deliver orders within Finland according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Orders are processed on business days. The estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 business days after the order has been processed, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons.

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and are displayed at checkout before payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Alternatively, orders can be collected from our location at a separately agreed time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we are happy to assist with any questions or issues regarding your delivery.
